The staff at the executive lounge was fantastic, especially kelvin, k. j, s. m, wady, violet, and jit. their attention to detail stood out. Their kindness. i deeply appreciated cally, the manager on duty, for her oversight.
The breakfast got pretty chaotic and busy at times. The serving setup felt a bit scattered!

The Colony breakfast was really good, and a birthday cake looked at the end of our meal. The Marina Bay view and fireworks had the best views. The room and the services in the hotel were perfect. The club lounge features the best staff and chefs.

We enjoyed our Delux Marina 1 King Bed Marina Bay View greatly. The view of the bay was epic. Breakfast held so many choices. The location was convenient for short taxi rides to attractions.
I noticed the floor had water droplets, also I found dirt after the room was cleaned.

the room they initially gave me was not ready they called around 4:30pm it took them more than two hours to deliver the room key i booked in november but got a low floor

manager md firdausi showed great professionalism. ajay gave attentive service and both ensured my dining was perfect. the buffet spread was great. a comfortable room offered a fine view! it was a nice stay.
